The rise and fall of Empire has been witnessed countless times throughout humanity’s story on this planet. This time is different. Why? Choice.
There is a well-known saying that ‘all roads lead to Rome’, referencing the reach and centrality of the Roman Empire, which is still thriving today, though morphed and disguised as ‘The System’. Now, a fork has appeared in the road, and one branch of that fork leads away from Empire. Which road will you choose?
New (old) World Order
You speak to me of religion and borders
as if they define the New World Order
but those at the helm play a different game
where total control is the ultimate aim.
You think they care how you were baptised
skin colour, nation or flag that you fly
when there's only one language writ in their book
the language of power - ever was it thus.
Labels and titles you put on like clothes
from a wardrobe of threads carefully chosen
to fit with a profile assigned to you
each click like a breadcrumb in a trail of clues.
The machine picks up on every single one
feeds them back in 'til thought becomes numb
no longer required in this bleak echo-chamber
where opinion forms ghettos of hateful behaviour.
And the puppet-master smiles a deathly smile
as the pile of puppets burns higher and higher
dancing in flames that rise to his beat
hands moving swiftly 'til task is complete.
For the New World Order is not truly new
just empire rebranded in grotesque lurid hues
and propaganda, the weapon of choice
same as ever, robs truth of its voice.
© Áine Fortune 2026The depravity of Empire is now on vivid display at an unprecedented scale. No longer disguised by nationality, race, colour or creed, the monster has crawled from under its rock and reared an ugly head for all to see in high definition. Untethered from these fictional boundaries, Empire runs amok, leaving a bloody, depraved trail across billions of screens worldwide.
The fact that the monster is unleashed, speaks volumes about the disdain, with which, Empire now regards its minions. This arrogant and unmitigated display of wealth, power and control, may well be its downfall for that very reason.
Dynastic families have, throughout the ages, kept the masses under control with a clever balance of propaganda, fear and inculcation of a sense of belonging and protection. This, along with some level of restraint as regards brandishing wealth and power too blatantly in public, serves them well in keeping control. When they do not adhere to these rules of engagement, Empire falls (or appears to) through revolution or simply being consumed by its own worst excesses. Think French Revolution.
The entirety of Empire does not fall on these occasions however. It may temporarily lose an arm (power base) in one country or block of countries but in time, the arm regrows - the power base is restored. Though it might look different from what was there before, the difference is only cosmetic. The same dynastic families still run the show. Ever was it thus.
The difference I see on this occasion is the extent to which, Empire has revealed itself as a global entity - the twisted and warped face of obscene wealth and power, run rampant all over hitherto agreed boundaries. The mob is clearly on display for any with eyes to see. Empire does not bear close scrutiny but all eyes are watching now. Whether or not it falls, depends on how many see past the propaganda and choose to walk away.

War has now been waged very graphically, not between nations but against humanity itself, as evidenced by the depravity, which has come to light through the release of the Epstein files. Those who were talking about what was in the Epstein files five years ago or more, were dismissed as conspiracy theorists or worse. Some were violently silenced and a brave few gave their lives to draw attention to the seething pus that is the underbelly of the Beast System.
Nothing happens by accident where Empire is concerned though and so, a pertinent question here is - why now? Why suppress these files with force up to now, and then allow them to be released into the public domain at this particular time, when those in a position to act against the heinous depravity detailed within them, have long-since known what was going on?

The overgrown school-yard bullies who have now been given free rein over a multi-trillion dollar military industry and a global war room instead of a video console, wherein they play so wantonly with real people’s lives; do not bother to dress up their war games in peace propaganda this time. Why?
Possibly because, while the world’s horrified attention is drawn towards these unforgivable crimes against human beings, it is calculatedly drawn away from the War Against Humanity, which is in full flow, under the guise of ‘peace propaganda’. Stakes are high in this ultimate war and Empire is playing for keeps this time. Nothing short of total control will do and so, the agenda is enslavement. The primary target of this operation is not a country or nation but an entire generation of people who will never know freedom if Empire is allowed to succeed. As in any war, young people fall first.
- The Choice: Privacy and Freedom v ‘Safety’ and ‘Security’ -
In a world of inculcated fear, where no nervous system is safe from its reach, the mantra of ‘safety’ and ‘security’ is played on repeat both subtly and overtly by the weapon of mass distraction, otherwise known as mainstream media, which pumps out the message 24/7 about how unsafe the world is. The counterpoint to this message, is the offer of protection (defence) from the shadowy and nefarious forces that threaten us. This ‘defence’ will, of course, be achieved through expansion of the Surveillance State (Big Brother), with its tentacles in every sphere of life ‘for the Greater Good’. Sigh.
If George Orwell’s assessment was correct in 1937 (and I believe it was), then the same applies exponentially in today’s highly technocratic world. The ‘Peace Propaganda’ we are now being offered is, in effect, a trade negotiation - privacy and freedom in exchange for ‘safety’ and ‘security’.
Since slavery is no longer (publicly) acceptable, the current system of Empire is one of ‘incorporation’, whereby all (in)corporations (corporate entities) including and most especially, the legal personas created on incorporation to the Register of Births, are subsidiary to and subsidiaries of the Primary Corporation, known as ‘The Crown’. This primary corporation is not to be confused with the British Crown, though the British Royal (dynastic) Family is indeed a part of ‘The Crown Corporation’, which is comprised of a committee of twelve banks, headed by the Bank of England and which, rules the world from the 677-acre independent sovereign state, known as ‘The City of London’. (2) This, is what I refer to as ‘Empire’.
Empire rules by consent, based on a presumption that those who do not opt out, give their consent by default, to be governed (ruled over) and taxed (burdened). This system only works if people believe they have no choice. So, Empire must continually make people believe they have no choice, while simultaneously leaving the choice available, since it would be unlawful to enslave (living) men and women by taking away that choice.

Those who know themselves as living beings with an incorporated identity (legal persona), created by the Birth Certificate, which denotes the establishment (incorporation) of a public trust assigned to their private estate (property), that acts as an avatar enabling them to navigate ‘The System’ and gives them safe passage through Empire’s commercial waters; can choose which ‘Crown’ contracts they give consent to and more importantly, those they do not give their consent to.
However, those who believe themselves to be the legal persona, identified by the Birth Certificate, consent to all contracts by default, regardless of how burdensome or onerous. They are, in effect, bound to and by the system (Empire) without even realising they have a choice in the matter.
Up to now, it has been possible to rebut the corporate presumption through paperwork. However, biometric data, tied to a Digital ID, will turn that presumption into a fact. While presumption can be rebutted within the system through paperwork, established facts cannot.
Each time an individual offers their living flesh (biometric data) in the form of fingerprints, iris scan, facial recognition etc., to confirm their identity (legal persona), they establish an irrefutable relationship between the two, binding living flesh to legal persona. Thus, the living man, woman or child voluntarily becomes one with the incorporated (id)entity, which is a subsidiary of the primary corporation and in doing so, rescinds their ‘living’ status (in legal terms) and accepts ALL contracts, by which the (subsidiary) incorporation (legal persona / identity) is bound. Choice is forfeit. Game over. Winner: Empire.
- Know thy enemy -
Young people and young men in particular, are especially susceptible to the allure of order, discipline and boundary in times of world-wide chaos. This masculine drive is in all of us, whether male or female and when fully integrated, it is a healthy aspect of our humanity. When it goes into overdrive however, and becomes a need for total control, it is dangerous to the point of annihilation. The cross-over point may not be obvious to young people seeking stability.
In Ireland Inc., where military neutrality has been the professed state of affairs since the establishment of the Irish Free State Corporation in 1922, so-called ‘Minister for Defence’, Helen McEntee, is currently tapping into the innate human desire for security by pushing a big recruitment drive into the ‘Defence Forces’. She is, apparently, “…determined to drive forward an ambitious agenda to continue the transformation of the Defence Forces into a modern, fit-for-purpose organisation capable of defending the State and its people.” (4)
I note her use of the word ‘State’, which refers to the incorporation (corporate entity), belonging to ‘The Crown’, rather than ‘nation’, which would refer to the people of this land. I also wonder who, exactly, we are to be defended from, since it seems to me that Empire is the enemy of ordinary people everywhere, so surely, joining the ranks of Empire to be ground up in its war machine, is counter-productive?

The mainstream narrative of fear, is pumped religiously, exhorting us to ‘be safe’ in an unsafe world; young people are exhorted to ‘defend’ their country; software providers, regulators and politicians reassure us that they are doing everything in their power to ‘defend’ young people from predators online; and so on… Yet, in all of this, the part about who the real predators actually are, is selectively omitted. Suffice to say, the enemy is not ordinary people, doing their best to live ordinary lives, regardless of race, colour, creed or nationality. The enemy is the puppet-master pulling their strings.
- Global(ist) Village or Local Village. The choice is yours -
For decades now, we have been awash in propaganda about the ‘Global Village’, which could be more accurately referred to as the ‘Globalist Village’. Sold as a solution to war and strife, poverty and the ‘human condition’ in general, a pretty picture of ‘One World’ happily together in a virtual bubble is portrayed. This ‘One World’ envisaged and planned so carefully by the powers-that-be, is effectively, a digital prison, into which, we are corralled ever more thoroughly through fear, and in which, total(itarian) control can be exerted on a whim. Biometric data is both the key to and the lock of this prison. Thus, it is prudent to be wary of trading body and soul for a non-refundable residence there.
For now, it is possible to participate in the system without physically binding oneself to the corporate identity and thereby enslaving oneself to Empire but as more governments demand that compulsory age-identification be built into operating systems, and Digital ID based on biometric data becomes the norm, so the capture of the internet becomes ever-more inevitable.
Thus, a fork in the road is coming up fast and the signposts point in opposite directions. One leads to permanent residence in a vile online echo-chamber of opinion, hate and war, where the ‘haves’ pitch the ‘have-nots’ against each other to distract them from their plight. The other leads to real life with real people and real meaning. The choice is still ours to make - for now.
I am not suggesting that everyone press ‘stop’ on their online activity forthwith. I am merely suggesting that people pause to consider what their precious life is worth and perhaps to place more attention there than on the virtual world curated for them by the algorithm. Engage where necessary for practical purposes, but start to devote more attention (time and energy) to living. Discernment is key here. While there is much that is beneficial online, aimless scrolling can become addictive and corrosive. In effect, it leads to precious life-force being directed away from one’s own life to a bottomless virtual pit.
The current unconscionable depravity being displayed by Empire, may be the tipping point that causes enough people to make the choice to turn away from the screen more often, and to walk the path towards a more harmonious, peaceful existence. It starts in each heart that yearns for peace and joy and in so doing, causes the head to tune out of virtual mayhem and into the local village or community instead, where real people talk with other real people about their real lives.
Increasingly, people are waking up to this opportunity and as their number grows, so Empire loses its grip because the more individuals who choose to focus attention on their own lives, rather than bleeding energy into a virtual reality, the less power Empire has to exert influence over events at a global level.
Many will choose to stay bound for various reasons and that is to be expected. How many young people will resist the temptation to trade body and soul for access to a system they have known all their lives and from which, they perceive no threat?
Nonetheless, regardless of age, those who choose freedom, are the pioneers of New Earth and each one is to be celebrated 🧡

So much to unpack in this Áine. Our rights, little as they are, whittled away after people fought and died for them, are being further eroded. We are being used as data mines to train Ai. How do we maintain our individual sovereignty in a digital era(error)?
